The Celebration of A Union

Posted by Francine C. Still Hicks on May 15, 2012 at 4:10 PM

May 11, 2012 I had two engagements to attend in one day, both were an all day celebration in the Union of A Life. My choice was to go with my first obligation; "the wedding." This decision was difficult because the second was to attend "a funeral" of someone I loved dearly. I prayed and meditated to differentiate the two. The answer came, "Both are one and the same. In marriage there is a dying off of two separate people and becoming one in the union of marriage. A funeral is the sloughing off  the physical flesh, returning back to the union with God the Father..Our Creator. Both ceremonies are celebrating a new beginning at the reception table of, "A New Life!"

My Sister of Love Loretta,
As you see ...we may not see each other in the physical all the time(let's say rarely...lol), but our love has never changed. Through our absence our love has grown stronger and we have learned to connect with the key hidden within!!! Our Spirit of Light. Our core shines brighter than ever..."I Love You!"

We Are...."The Bridges"

Dear g.f.,

Yes! In God's Omnipotent Power and Wisdom, in life it all connects. Through our striving for the wisdom of discernment we recognize the key to life is hidden in our every day experiences and events. As we change our clothing, as we sleep to wake upon a new day, the sun still shines and the moon still reflects the light of the sun. As with different languages speaking the same word; the meaning doesn't change, only the pronunciation. We too must recognize we evolve around the Light of God, our life giving source. Which is, the same in the beginning into the infinite..."The Absolute." As with our experiences and events in life. They will always bring us back to The Creator.

Humbly,
"The Bridge"
